There's a number of ways to report a lost or stolen card. The easiest way is to use our mobile app.
Be sure to report it as soon as you become aware.
Using the app
You can report a card as lost or stolen 24/7 using the Easy Street mobile banking app. You'll be given the option to order a new one and a fee applies. You can also place a temporary block if you've misplaced it and think you might find it again. Other ways you can report a lost or stolen card are below.

Has your card been compromised?
Under the ePayments Code you will not be liable for any unauthorised transaction where it is clear that you have not contributed to the loss. If you discover an unauthorised transaction on your account as a result of your card being lost or stolen, you should contact us immediately.
