Introducing Click to Pay – a faster, safer way to pay online.
Easy Street is rolling out Click to Pay, a new online checkout experience that makes buying online simpler and more secure for our members. From August 2026, eligible Easy Street Visa credit cards will be automatically enrolled in Click to Pay — there’s nothing you need to download, set up, or do. Where you see the Click to Pay symbol at participating online retailers, your card details will be securely presented without you needing to type them in manually.
Our terms and conditions will be updated on 30 June 2026 to reflect Ts and Cs relating to Click to Pay.
What is Click to Pay?
Click to Pay is a secure, faster way to check out at participating online stores. Instead of typing your card details every time you shop, Click to Pay handles it for you — keeping your information safe and making checkout quicker.
Do I need to sign up or download anything?
No — nothing is required from you. Eligible Easy Street Visa cards are automatically set up for Click to Pay from 1 August 2026. You don’t need to register, download an app, or take any action.
Where can I use Click to Pay?
Click to Pay is available at participating online merchants that support the Click to Pay checkout experience. Look for the Click to Pay option at checkout when shopping online.
How does it verify it’s really me?
Click to Pay uses secure Visa authentication — such as a one-time passcode (OTP) — to confirm your identity when needed. The level of verification is based on the transaction and a real-time security assessment.
Are my card details shared with the merchant?
No. Click to Pay uses tokenisation, which means a secure digital token is used in place of your actual card details. The merchant never sees your real card number, which reduces your exposure to fraud.
Can I opt out?
Yes. If you’d prefer not to use Click to Pay, you can opt out by contacting Easy Street through our usual support channels. We’re here to help.
Can I manage my Click to Pay settings online?
Self-service management isn’t available just yet, but we’re working on it. For now, if you have any questions or need to make changes, please get in touch with Easy Street directly and we’ll take care of it for you.
