Delay to Bonus Interest
We regret to advise that due to a temporary processing error, the payment of bonus interest on Bonus Saver Accounts for the month of October was delayed.
We have today (1 Nov 2024) processed bonus interest to accounts that were eligible for bonus interest, with the credit made effective 31 October 2024. This means that account holders will not miss out on any interest they would have earned due to the delay.
In addition, the bonus interest will not appear on the next tri-annual statement, which you will receive in early November. Instead, the correction will be included in the following tri-annual statement.
