Planned System Outage

From 5pm AEST 12 September to 14 September, our banking systems, including internet banking and the mobile app will be unavailable. Transaction limits will also apply. During this time, our staff will be available to assist with any general questions however account enquiries, transactions and application processing will be unavailable.

What’s happening:

System Outage: Following the merger between Illawarra Credit Union and Community First Credit Union, our next major milestone will be to combine our two banking systems into one. This important step will enable us to streamline our operations and introduce a range of benefits.

To make this happen, there’ll be a planned system outage from 5pm Friday, 12 September 2025 (AEST) through to 14 September 2025.

During this time, the following services will be affected:

  • Internet banking and the mobile app will be unavailable.
  • Banking systems our staff use to support transactions, deposits and withdrawals, as well as most general queries about your account.
  • Your Visa cards will operate with reduced limits so you should avoid larger transactions.

Please plan ahead if you have significant transactions to make during this time. You should action the following before 12 September 2025:

  • Arrange access to cash
  • Make payments and transfers or pay bills in advance or after the migration has been completed
  • Check balances
  • If you’ve forgotten your internet banking password, arrange for it to be reset prior to the weekend of 12 – 14 September 2025.
